We are a Colorado based brewery equipment manufacturer specializing in professional quality small-batch nano, pilot, and home brewing systems.
Operated as a family business, Ruby Street Brewing, LLC was established in 2011 after years of home-brewing beer, and designing and building multiple beer brewing systems. We pride ourselves in building beer brewing structures that are as attractive as they are functional and intuitive. Our current line of products is designed on the premise that a good beer brewing structure should be space saving and portable, yet well laid out with room to access all kettles at a safe working height. We have achieved this with our large wheels, low overall height, and stand on end storage feature.
