Ruby Pro II (2 Vessel)
If you already have an HLT or On-demand hot water source this system is the perfect 1 BBL pilot for breweries with limited space. Compact and portable, the Ruby Pro II offers all of the benefits of the Ruby Pro in a 2 vessel configuration at a fraction of the cost. With bottom draining kettles and a spray-ball unit, there’s no need to remove the kettles from the frame when cleaning. The bottom of the mash tun manway is flush with the false bottom for quick and easy grain clean-out. Welded industry standard TC fittings and sanitary butterfly valves means there’s no threaded fittings on wort. Our premium 50+ gallon kettles include internal volume markings in gallons/liters. Full digital control and plate heat exchanger are standard equipment. All stacked on a beautiful hand TIG welded stainless frame rolling on heavy duty 5” locking casters.

Fusion 25 (25 Gal Gas)
Modeled after the popular Fusion 15, and based on a demand for larger kettles, we are excited to launch the all new Fusion 25. This culmination of large 10" burners nested under tri-clad bottom 25 gallon pots creates a winning combination of volume, performance, and value. The 25 gallon pots will brew finished batches ranging from 10-18 gallons. The small frame (70.5" overall length) allows this system to easily transported.
