These up-facing 3” dial thermometers are a direct replacement for the plate chiller out-flow thermometer on our Alpha Ruby systems.

• IMPORTANT - Only install or tighten these thermometers using the hex flats near the threads using a 7/8” or 22mm wrench. Tightening the thermometer via the square portion behind the dial or twisting the thermometer face will damage it.
